Which is best for sports: TCL QM7, Hisense U7N, or Hisense U8N?

For sports, I’d generally put them in this order: Hisense U8N first, TCL QM7 second, Hisense U7N third.

• Hisense U8N — the best choice if you want the brightest, most punchy picture, especially in a bright room. It should be the strongest option for daytime sports and for fighting reflections.
• TCL QM7 — a very strong value pick for sports. It’s a solid all-around performer and a good option if you want excellent picture quality without paying U8N prices.
• Hisense U7N — still a capable sports TV, but usually the one I’d choose only if it’s noticeably cheaper than the other two.

A useful caveat: panel type can vary by size, and that can affect viewing angles and overall picture behavior. For example, the 75-inch Hisense U8N uses an ADS Pro panel, which gives it wider viewing angles than the VA-panel versions.
