Is Spider-Noir connected to Spider-Man?

Yes. Spider-Noir is connected to Spider-Man: he is an alternate-universe version of Spider-Man, usually known as Spider-Man Noir or Peter Parker from the Marvel Noir universe. He has similar core Spider-Man elements—Peter Parker, spider powers, crime-fighting in New York—but his stories are set in a darker 1930s pulp/noir-style world.

He is not the same character as the main Peter Parker from the regular Marvel universe. Instead, he is part of the wider Spider-Verse, where many different Spider-people from different realities exist.
