How do I cancel Netflix?

To cancel your Netflix subscription, follow the steps below based on how you are billed:

Cancel directly through Netflix

1. Go to Netflix.com and sign in to your account.
2. Hover over or tap your profile icon in the top right corner and select Account.
3. Under the Membership section, click the Cancel Membership button.
4. Click Finish Cancellation to confirm.

Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again.

Cancel if billed through a third party

If you do not see the "Cancel Membership" button on your Netflix Account page, your subscription is managed and billed by a third-party service. You must cancel through them:

• Apple (iPhone/iPad): Open the Settings app on your device > tap your Apple ID name at the top > tap Subscriptions > select Netflix > tap Cancel Subscription.
