Ask it with the key details up front: what schedule, which date or time period, your time zone, and what you want to know.
A clear format is:
- What is the event/thing?
- When is it happening?
- Where or in which time zone?
- What exactly do you want: start time, end time, deadline, availability, or changes?
Examples:
- “What time does the 3 p.m. meeting on Friday start in Pacific Time?”
- “Is the store open this Saturday, May 30?”
- “When is the assignment due, and is there a late deadline?”
- “What dates are available for next week?”
If you’re asking in a chat or email, one sentence plus a specific question is usually enough.
